Ingredients
- 2 potatoes per person + 1
- 1 hard-boiled egg per person + 1, chopped
- 1-2 pickles per person (depending on size of pickle), finely chopped
- mayo
- mustard
- onion salt to taste
- garlic salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
Directions
- Completely peel potatoes and cube
- Boil potatoes for about 6-7 minutes (until just done)
- Drain potatoes and put in large bowl
- Sprinkle potatoes with garlic salt, onion salt, and black pepper
- Add pickles & egg to potatoes
- Add small amount of mustard, just enough for color
- Add 1-2 tbsp mayo, depending on how many potatoes – you want just enough to hold mixture together
- Stir mixture well, adding more salt & pepper as desired
- Chill for at least 2 hours prior to serving
