Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast tenders
- 2 cups instant rice
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 package mild shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°
- Mix rice, soups, evaporated milk, water, and cheese (if applicable) together in large bowl
- Spread chicken in bottom of 9×13 casserole dish and season with salt/pepper
- Pour all ingredients on top of chicken
- Cover with aluminum foil
- Bake for 1 hour or until rice is tender & chicken is cooked through
